Welcome! to Crystal Ridge Kennels & Farm, a beautiful country setting where your pet can play, relax and rest in comfort while you travel. We offer a personalized peaceful country retreat where your pet will play and experience nature to their hearts content. Our highest priority is offering personal caring and attention just like they receive at home. We strive to be the best boarding experience in the area for an unbeatable rate.
The Environment: Crystal Ridge Kennels and Pet Retreat is a peaceful country place for pets. We have a lovely view of the back side of Crystal Mountain and the property is full of sunflowers, woods, birds and all the beauty Northern Michigan has to offer. We also have a small farm animal area where you may meet Esther and Minnie, two rescued Pot Bellied pigs, and Hans and Olga the geese. Our guests get plenty of sunshine and fresh air and are spoiled with comfy bedding and many of the extras from home. We may go over and beyond the call of duty but as the owners of five beloved dogs and deeply committed and appreciative of the importance of pets, we do everything we can to spoil yours as if they were our own.

The "spoiling" Policy: Did we mention we spoil your pets? We offer extra services such as video monitoring for safety, orthotic air beds, infrared therapy beds, treats, toys, pet taxi, hour long hikes, light grooming, canine massage, medications, special diet preparation, dog movies and music, & huge play-yards. We also specialize in the care of small and elderly pets. Your people hosts are experienced pet professionals with big hearts for all animals.
We also have an excellent Vet on call. Veterinary services are available at all times though our local Vet and TC Emergency Vet Group. We are insured, licensed, and routinely inspected by Benzie County Animal Control Office.We are also an organic farm and we offer free-ranged organic eggs for sale and raise chickens and geese.
